Our Story

Our experience working for a farm building greenhouses taught us the support resources for this industry were lacking. We used overseas vendors and manufacturers to supply and install systems from greenhouses, growing systems, water technical, vertical nurseries, germination, to harvesting and packaging equipment. We hired general contractors to help oversee and manage the projects.

We found that the general contractors had no experience in this nuanced industry which led to massive cost and schedule overruns. They overstaffed our projects and didn’t listen to our priorities.

Foreign contractors ship Concrete, Steel, PVC, and IMP from Europe using materials readily available near our facilities. We found the customer service appalling and the expense associated immense.

From this experience we developed a better way to build facilities and look forward to continue being a part of the CEA success story in North America.
